Frequently asked questions

What everyone asks before starting

Why does the Diagnostic come before the implementation?

Because automating a broken process only makes it break faster. The Diagnostic tells us what is worth automating, in what order, and what has to be fixed first. That way you invest where there is real return, not where it sounds most modern.

What is BPMN and why should I care?

BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) is the standard industrial engineering uses to document processes. In plain terms: a visual map of how your business operates today that anyone on your team can read. It is also the same documentation base ISO 9001 certification asks for, so if you ever go for it, you are already ahead.

Is automation going to replace my team?

No. It takes the repetitive tasks off your team, moving data between systems, answering the same questions, chasing confirmations, so those hours go into work that actually needs human judgment. Artificial intelligence does not replace people: it makes them stronger.

What do I need to have ready to start?

Nothing technical. We only need to understand how you work today: a call, access to watch the process in action, and the people who run it. We handle the rest, diagrams, analysis and roadmap included.

Do you work outside Latin America and the United States?

Yes. The whole process runs remotely, in English or in Spanish. Latin America and the United States are our bases, not our limit.

Can I skip the Diagnostic and go straight to implementation?

No. Every implementation starts from a Diagnostic, because without one we would be building on assumptions and there would be no honest way to tell you how much you are going to save. The only exception is bringing a process map already done by another provider: we review it, and if it is complete, we start from there without charging you for the Diagnostic again.

And what if after the Diagnostic I decide not to implement anything?

The deliverable is yours forever: the diagrams, the opportunity analysis and the roadmap. You can implement it with us, with another provider, or keep it for later. No fine print.

Does the Diagnostic help me get ISO 9001 certified?

It gets you a good part of the way there. The Diagnostic includes, at no extra cost, an ISO 9001 gap map: your processes and risks annotated against the standard's clauses. It covers the process map, the risk analysis and the base documentation; what stays outside is the quality policy, the internal audits and the certification body's audit. We have a dedicated ISO 9001 page that explains it in detail, and an "ISO 9001 Readiness" complement for the implementation part.

How long does all of this take?

It depends on the size of the operation and how available your team is for the observation sessions. We define it with you on the initial call and put it in writing before you pay anything.
