Our methodology

RADAR Method

Before automating anything, we scan everything. Five phases, and the name comes from their own initials, that turn a business running blind into one that decides with data.

  1. Reconnaissance

An audit of your current processes, documented in BPMN diagrams: the real map of how your business operates today.

We sit down with the people who do the work, not only with those who manage it. We watch the process in action and draw it exactly as it happens, including the shortcuts nobody ever wrote down.

  2. Analysis

A prioritized list of automation and optimization opportunities, each with its estimated impact.

Every opportunity comes with two numbers: how many hours a month it frees up and what that is worth per year. Sorted by return, not by what would be most fun to build.

  3. Diagnosis

A study of operational vulnerabilities: bottlenecks, single person dependencies, risks.

This is where the uncomfortable things show up: the step that slows the whole process, the person with no backup, the file that would hurt the business if it were lost.

  4. Action

A phased implementation roadmap: we build only what you decide, at your pace and budget.

Three phases, from the cheapest and most profitable to the most ambitious. You can stop after the first one if the numbers do not convince you.

  5. Results

We measure what changed: hours saved, errors reduced, revenue recovered.

We compare against the baseline taken during Reconnaissance. If something did not improve the way we said it would, we say so.

Why it is called RADAR

Because that is exactly what a radar does: scan a space you cannot see with the naked eye and mark where something is.

The RADAR Method starts with the Diagnostic

It is the only service that can come first, because everything else is decided by what it finds.
