Why the Diagnostic is mandatory
Because automating a broken process only makes it break faster, and because without measuring your operation there is no honest way to tell you how much you will save. Every Axiomz implementation starts from a Diagnostic. The only exception is bringing a process map already done by another provider: we review it, and if it is complete, we start from there without charging you for the Diagnostic again.

ISO 9001 is the international quality management standard. The process map and risk analysis from your Diagnostic already cover a good part of what it requires; we explain how much, what would still be missing, and how certification works.
