Step 3
Monthly maintenance
$200 – $500
per month
An automated system is not a piece of furniture: it lives connected to third party tools that change without warning. Maintenance exists so that never becomes your problem.
What it includes
Monitoring of your active workflows
We check that everything automated keeps running, and we step in when something fails, ideally before you notice.
Support and minor adjustments
Small changes included: a new field, a different message, a condition that needs tuning.
Agent and CRM updates
When your operation changes, the systems adjust with it instead of going stale.
Priority contact channel
A direct line for when something urgent shows up, without waiting in a ticket queue.
Why this exists
Automations depend on services we do not control: a messaging platform changes a rule, a supplier updates their system, a key expires. Without maintenance, those changes break the flow silently and nobody finds out until a customer complains. This service only makes sense after an implementation, never before.
